Asaan Solar Financing
Solar System on Installments in Pakistan
Going solar just got easier. Through the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Solar Financing Scheme, you can install a solar system at your home, business, or farm with financing of up to Rs. 10 Million at rates linked to KIBOR + bank spread — and pay in easy monthly installments. Asaan Solar is an approved vendor of multiple major banks in Pakistan, making your solar financing process smooth, fast, and fully compliant.
What Is SBP Solar Financing?
The State Bank of Pakistan launched the SBP Renewable Energy Financing Scheme to encourage homeowners, businesses, industries, and farmers to invest in solar energy. The scheme allows banks to offer solar loans at a subsidised markup rate, making clean energy affordable for everyone across Pakistan.
💰 Financing Amount
Borrow between Rs. 500,000 and Rs. 10 Million depending on your system size and the bank you choose. Larger commercial and industrial projects may qualify for higher amounts.
📅 Easy Installments
Repay over a flexible tenure ranging from 3 to 10 years depending on the bank and program. Monthly installments are structured to be manageable alongside your utility bill savings.
📉 Markup Rate
Current rates are based on KIBOR + 4% to 6% bank spread, varying by bank and program type. The older flat 6% SBP rate is no longer available. Contact us for the latest rates.
🌍 Who Can Apply
The scheme is open to the residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors. If you have a CNIC and own the property where the system will be installed, you are eligible.

The eligibility requirements have been kept simple to encourage maximum participation across all sectors of Pakistan:
